Meet Our Chef & Owner

David started his culinary career in high school working at country clubs in his hometown of Crossville, TN. David received his formal training at The Opryland Hotel Culinary Institute. After Graduation David continued to expand his skills and knowledge by working in Germany. After returning to the states David began to focus his experience in catering. David spent 6 years in the Motion picture and production catering industry in Los Angeles. He and his wife moved back to Nashville in 2001 where David has ran the kitchens at The Country Music Hall Of Fame, Princeton’s Grill, Stoveworks, Belmont University, and Cumberland University.
